Working Principle of Biomass Boilers:

• Fuel Supply: Biomass fuel is typically fed automatically into the combustion chamber via a hopper.

• Combustion: Fuel burns at high temperatures, releasing thermal energy.

• Heat Transfer: Heat is transferred to water via heat exchangers, generating steam or hot water.

• Heat Utilization & Flue Gas Purification: The resulting high-temperature flue gas flows through convective heat transfer surfaces, such as economizers (which utilize residual heat to preheat feedwater), and finally passes through dust collectors to reduce pollutant emissions.

• Emissions Control: Modern biomass boilers incorporate cleaning systems like dust collectors to manage ash and minimize emissions.
