Relaxation treatment involves heating and moisturizing the fabric to eliminate shrinkage and tension, resulting in a more natural and soft texture. Pre-shrinking treatment involves heating and shrinking the fabric to achieve the desired shape in advance. Boiler steam provides the required steam temperature for fabric shrinkage.
