Background: A Thai food processing plant, which primarily produces baked goods and condiments, plans to install a new steam boiler to expand production. Based on the customer’s requirements, TGBOILER recommended an LHG series 1 ton vertical biomass steam boiler.

This boiler features a compact design, a small footprint, rapid steam generation, and is clean and environmentally friendly. It is equipped with an intelligent control system that precisely regulates steam pressure and temperature, ensuring standardized food processing procedures.

The boiler has completed production and hydrostatic testing and is about to be exported to Thailand, where it will provide the food processing plant with a stable and reliable steam supply.
