Project Overview:
A Mexican client built a new tire processing plant and contacted TGBOILER to purchase a 2 ton horizontal fire-tube, three-pass diesel steam boiler for use in key processes such as rubber vulcanization, internal mixing, and calendering, as well as other auxiliary heating applications.
The boiler was shipped as a pre-assembled unit, saving installation time and costs, and features high thermal efficiency, advanced automation, and energy-saving and environmentally friendly design.
This horizontal steam boiler has been successfully delivered and installed and will provide an efficient and stable steam supply for the tire production line.
