Gas boilers are widely favored for their straightforward installation (requiring only water, electricity, and gas connections), but their room layout is far from a simple equipment arrangement—safety and compliance are central to the design. When planning your gas boiler room, pay close attention to the following details:

1. Flooring and Drainage: The boiler room floor should be level without steps and equipped with a comprehensive drainage system for accumulated water.

2. Space and Operation: Equipment layout must allow sufficient maintenance space and ensure unobstructed access for operators.

3. Environmental Control: Adequate natural or mechanical ventilation is mandatory, along with necessary freeze protection and cooling facilities.

4. Structural Protection: Structural beams and columns must maintain safe distances from boilers and high-temperature equipment to prevent thermal damage.

5. Lighting Assurance: Instrument panels (water level, pressure, etc.) require focused illumination, and the room must have emergency backup power.

6. Safety Access: Exterior doors must open outward and remain unlocked during operation; internal office doors should open toward the boiler room.
